Return policy


The first goal of our return policy is customer satisfaction. We know perfectly insecurity that still causes some people buying online. All our team is concerned that this uncertainty may eventually become full satisfaction.

Returns will be accepted if:

- The products are in poor condition,
- Transport the product has deteriorated.

In any case we will change for other products of the same amount or a refund for the full amount paid. Shipping costs for the return shall be borne by The transit agency will collect the product at home.

No returns will be accepted in the following cases:

- If the whole fish (hams or palettes) have lost more than 15% of its original weight.
- If it has not been made within 15 calendar days after delivery of the order.
